Ivan is a corporate attorney, his practice is focused on providing his skills and legal knowledge to serve the needs of diverse clients across various industries. Ivan has experience representing clients in all parts of a business’ lifecycle – from initial entity formation – to legal matters with respect to businesses successfully ran as a going to concern – to final sale of the assets or stock of that business to a buyer. Prior to joining McFadden Trachtenberg, Ivan worked in a corporate and estate planning boutique firm in Houston.
